DIRECTIVE - UNI EN ISO 9001:2000
SERMAC has a proper system of management for the quality in accordance with International Directives UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 (ISO 9001:2000), to demonstrate its capability to satisfy customer’s requirements by the continuous improvement of the quality of its products and services.
The process is developed by the participation of all SERMAC staff in the carrying out of the Quality System in compliance with D. Lgs. 626/94 and following amendments.
